James Hursthouse: CEO

James Hursthouse has over ten years of proven games industry and entrepreneurial success primarily in online games infrastructure, technology and operations. His introduction to the industry came in Tokyo through work with an early incarnation of Nexon, the company responsible for the world’s first graphical MMO, The Kingdom of the Winds and has since been responsible for companies focused on game infrastructure and technology in both Asia and North America.

Ian Verchere: Chief Creative Officer

Ian Verchere has created, directed or produced more than forty titles that have generated over $1 billion in retail sales. Since 2005, Ian has moved into social and online games and as part of Roadhouse, brings a unique ability to skillfully guide the translation of an existing IP into the games space and appeal to the original IP creators, gamers, and investors alike, proven both through the award-winning Beavis and Butthead, and throughout the current Roadhouse project, Family Guy Online.

Tarrnie Williams: President

Tarrnie Williams has been leading product innovation and creative teams for over twenty years. His career includes stints at THQ as studio head of Relic Entertainment and at Electronic Arts in both Los Angeles and Vancouver in a variety of production and design roles. Tarrnie has overseen multiple award-winning game franchises including Need For Speed, Medal of Honor, NBA Live, Company of Heroes, Dawn of War, and EA SPORTS Active 2 and has produced over $1.5 billion in retail sales over almost every generation of consoles and the PC.

Henry Bromley: CFO

Henry joined Roadhouse in May 2011. He was previously CFO for Bingo.com. He was responsible for all the financial aspects of the company including the payment processing, customer support, financial systems, financial reporting and all the Public Company requirements of the corporation. He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and has a wealth of international experience having worked in 4 different countries and been responsible for subsidiaries in 12 different countries.

Mark Devereux: Chief Strategy Officer

Mark Devereux brings over 20 years of international corporate and legal expertise with him to Roadhouse via work experiences ranging from heading up a public company in the green technology sector to running the Canadian subsidiary of a European focused online gaming company to operating a private law practice. He is a member of the Law Society of British Columbia.

Monty Sharma: VP of Platform

Monty Sharma was formerly a Founder/General Manager of Vivox, a voice chat service provider in the games industry. He oversaw product and marketing for a company that serves over 60 million users around the world. With key relationships with EA, Ubisoft, Sony, Nexon, Big Point and many others, Vivox is the largest games communication provider and the second largest IP voice provider in the world. Before joining Vivox, Sharma was vice president of business development at Jamcracker, Inc., where he developed partnerships and channel agreements that extended Jamcracker’s market share as a leading provider of IT management platforms.

Ryan Haksi: VP Online Technology

Ryan Haksi has spent the last six years working with online game infrastructure. He was previously Technical Director at THQ, where responsibilities included auditing all server functionality, and overseeing development of the common client SDK and its associated server middleware that is now mandated for use across all THQ titles. Ryan was also the lead server engineer on the Company of Heroes Online free to play game and designed its micro transaction economic system.
